WITHDRAWAL
AND RETURN
INFORMATION RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN FOR DEFECT NON-CONFORMITY

1. LEGAL WITHDRAWAL

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the Product/s within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the Order , in compliance with the provisions of article 11 of the General Conditions of Sale, according to the procedure described below.

 

1.       Download the Return Form and fill it in in its entirety, clearly indicating the Order Number and your personal data.

2.      After completing the Return Form in all its parts, send it by e-mail to infobike@pinarello.com , together with the Order Confirmation that was sent to you at the time of the Order.

3.      From now on, a member of the Pinarello team will verify your data. If you have any questions about your return, you will be contacted by our Customer Service. Later, or if all the details of the return are sufficient and correct, you will receive an email authorizing the return.

4.      Prepare the package for the return and remember to insert the completed Return Form in the box, together with the Order Confirmation.

5.      Send your return to the following address, within 7 (seven) days of receiving the email authorizing the return:

6.       Keep the shipping receipt.

7.      We will inform you as soon as the shipment arrives at our warehouse. All the data provided will be verified and, if everything is correct, we will refund the full amount of the specified Products as soon as possible, using the same payment method used by you for the purchase. We remind you that we will use the payment details of your order to carry out the refund. Return processing and refund can take between 2 and 5 business days. We will contact you if during the verification of your return we notice that one of the Products is missing or damaged.


2. RETURNS FOR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS

If you have received a non-compliant or defective Product, you can take advantage of the remedies provided by the Consumer Code, better specified in article 9 of the General Conditions of Sale.

We remind you that in any case the rights possibly attributed to Consumers by any mandatory law in force in the State of habitual residence or domicile of the latter are unaffected .


If you want to make a return for the above reasons, please follow these simple steps:

 

1.         Download the Return Form for Defective or Non-Conforming Product and fill it in in its entirety, clearly indicating the Order Number and your personal data. Describe in detail the defect and/or non-conformity of the Product you intend to return, also specifying the remedy you wish to use , among those provided for by current legislation and indicated therein.

2.        After filling in all parts of the Return Form for Defective or Non-Conforming Product, send it by e-mail to infobike@pinarello.com . , together with the Order Confirmation that was sent to you at the time of the Order and the photographic documentation to support the dispute.

3.        From now on, the Pinarello team will verify your data and proceed with the checks aimed at verifying the actual non-compliance of the Product. If you have any questions about your return, you will be contacted by our Customer Service. Subsequently, if all the details of the return are sufficient and correct and if the controls have highlighted a non-conformity of the Product, you will receive an email authorizing the return.

4.        Prepare the package for the return and remember to insert the completed Return Form for Defective or Non-Conforming Product in the box, together with the Order Confirmation.

5.        Send your return to the following address, within 7 (seven) days of receiving the email authorizing the return:

6.        Keep the shipping receipt.

7.         We will inform you as soon as the shipment arrives at our warehouse. We will therefore carry out the appropriate quality controls. If the non-conformity of the Product should be ascertained, we will proceed with the remedy indicated by you in the Return Form for Defective or Non-Conforming Product , where possible. In the event that it is not possible to proceed with the remedy chosen by you, our Customer Service will contact you at the e-mail address with which you sent the Return Form, in order to agree on the most appropriate remedy.
