  • Lifetime Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects on original frame, fork, and seatpost for the product’s useful service life (excluding wear and tear, paint/finish, and third-party components).

  • Rider Support Program: Offers a dedicated discount on the purchase of a replacement frame in case of accidental damage or crashes not covered by warranty.

  • Claim Management: All warranty claims and support requests must be submitted through the authorised retailer where the bike was originally purchased.
