At the recent 2006 UCI Track Cycling World Championships in

Bordeaux, France, Pinarello sponsored teams rode their state of the art Montello Pista carbon fibre track bikes to a total of 7 medals, in including a sweep of the Men's Madison, Gold and Silver

in the Women's and Men's Scratch Races and Bronze medals in the

Women's Points race and Team Pursuit.
