On Stage 2 Thursday morning up to the summit of Mont Faron above Toulon, Ivan Gutierrez of Caisse d’Epargne-Illes Balears rode his Pinarello Dogma FP to win Stage 2 ahead of Lövkvist, Nocentini and Caucchioli and take over the GC lead.
