Fassa Bortolo's Alessandro Petacchi took his 4th win

of the season ahead of Galvez and World Champ

Oscar Freire on his Pinarello Dogma FP.



Petacchi saind "I felt very good, on the climbs as well as in the sprint today, I just can't say any more than that," said Petacchi. "My team did a great job setting me up fir the sprint as always. We came into Valencia and the finale was the same as the stage that I won in the Vuelta Valenciana two years ago. So knew that we would have a strong tailwind and I told my teammates to jump earlier

than usual to give me the best possible chance."
