Racing on a Pinarello Montello Pista bike, Spain's Sergi Escobar Roure set the fastest time in qualifying for the Men's Individual Pursuit and never looked back on the way to the gold medal. In the final ride for gold, Roure,a relative newcomer to the Men's Individual Pursuit upset the favourites to win
