Rising young star of cyclocross Davide Malacarne won the 2004/2005 Junior World Cup Cyclocross Cross Series on Sunday with his excellent 3rd place in the series finale in Nommay, France. Italian Series On Pinarello Cross has dominated the Junior 'Cross ranks all season on his Pinarello Cross bike, winning two out of the four races and will now be a favorite to take a World title in St.Wendel, Germany in late January.
